Lifestyle Holidays Resort Frequently Asked Questions

  • Villa Rental - When booking a 5 or 6 bedroom villa please be aware that if unforeseen circumstance should arise the resort may provide you with 2 x 3 bedroom villas very close to each other instead at no additional cost. You will be provided with 1 golf cart unless there are extra carts available.
  • Resort Visitors - If you wish to bring a visitor onto the resort you will be charged a fee of $100 a day and the visitor will be issued a non-vip bracelet.
  • Free Airport Transfers - After I receive your flight information, I will arrange for your free pick-up at POP airport only. If you wish to fly into another airport, it is your responsibility to arrange for transfer to and from the resort. Also, you will need to contact the front desk at the resort at least 2 days prior to your departure to guarantee free transport back to the airport.
  • Golf Carts - Villa guests will receive 1 golf cart per confirmation/group. Golf carts are very limited so unfortunately it is unlikely that you will receive a 2nd one.
  • Age Requirements - The lead passenger on your reservation must be at least 18 years of age and must be present the entire trip. Proof of Age will be required
  • Villa Assignment - Villas are assigned at check-in. While I can make a request for a specific villa, it is not guarenteed and the resort will not give me villa numbers before check-in.
  • Cancellations/Refunds - The resort does not do refunds. Once I book your trip, all payments are non-refundable. However, I can reschedule your trip for a later date if I am informed of your change of plans at least 3 months priop to your scheduled trip.
  • Members Only Areas - There are a few resort areas and privledges that are off-limit to guests. These include:
    - No access to Serenity or Harmony Beach. Guests have full access to VIP Beach and NV Beach.
    - No access to Azul, Intimates and Jazz Restaurants, however guests do have access to the 12+ other restaurants including VIP Gourmet.
    - No Limo or Helicopter transfer. Guests are picked up by VIP Van.
    - Guest rooms are stocked with water, beer and soda. No wine or spirits.
    - No BBQ at villa.
  • Flight Cancellations/Changes - The resort will do their best to accommodate any unfortunate changes in your flight schedule, however Lifestyle Holidays Vacation Club and Member are not liable for any cost incurred due to a canceled or rescheduled flight provided by an independent airline carrier.
